You own your work

Your versions are yours to lock, edit, or delete — the system never refuses an owner action. Export anywhere, anytime. If you leave Kennan, the work leaves with you.

Acceptable use

Use Kennan for lawful analytical work. Don't attempt to breach the isolation boundaries between organizations, resell access, or upload content you don't have the right to process.

Billing

New accounts start on a free trial. Paid tiers are billed monthly per seat at the prices on the Pricing page, with prepaid dollar top-ups for usage beyond the included allowance. Payment is processed by Stripe; card details never touch our servers.

Availability

Self-serve tiers carry no formal service-level commitment; enterprise service levels are set by contract. We operate the service with the care the work demands — see the Security page for how.

Data handling

How we handle the data you upload is described in the Privacy policy and on the Security page.

Changes

Updates are posted here, and material changes are announced to account owners by email. For any contractual question, reach us at contact@kennan.ai.
